 I am a hopeless romantic and absolutely love what I do… I grew up in the north end of St. Catharines in the Heart of Niagara. I have two amazing boys who are now all grown up, Evan and Colin. Evan has now graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Environmental Resource and Sustainability Management degree and now works in that field and Colin is following in my footsteps working in the hospitality industry at Vintage Hotels after finishing his final year at a performing arts High School performing at as one of the leads in Mama Mia and performed at Disney in May of 2019!  

We are so lucky to live in Niagara and get to enjoy all that it has to offer! I also love to travel and have been all around Canada and the United States as well as to England,  Australia twice~ most recently with my two boys in 2009/10 travelling from Cairns to Adelaide boogy boarding along the way and snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef. I am definitely a summer girl at heart and love spending time on the water and the beach in Florida, Cuba, Costa Rica, Dominican or wherever I can escape to over the winter months. I enjoy walking our two sister dogs- Golden Retrievers~ Ginny (November 2015) and Nora (June, 2018) who are both just so entertaining and the cutest things!

I am enjoying this new stage of life with my sweetheart travelling, kayaking, golfing and going on wine tours and date nights to all of the lovely restaurants that Niagara has to offer with best friend by my side. We were very excited to travel to Europe in the summer of 2023 for almost 3 weeks with a jam packed agenda -via a rail pass to Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Menton, Monaco and Rome which were all incredible! In the winter of 2024 we were able to discover the ruins and cenotes of Tulum, Mexico and snorkel through their beautiful waters. We are excited to plan our next adventure for this summer- stay tuned!

 I used to get in trouble as a girl in school for talking too much, chatty Cathy.... now I get to speak full time for a living- I wish that I could share that with some of my teachers now!!  Compassion, caring, empathy and calmness, as well as a sense of humour when possible, are all qualities that I bring to my work every day. Studying Hospitality Management including events and working in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years planning and executing hundreds of weddings in the Niagara Region brings me a broad knowledge of all that goes on in the wedding industry behind the scenes. I truly have the best job in the world, declaring couples married and being there at the most intimate and emotional times in people’s lives is a privilege that I never take for granted! I am dedicated to making your ceremony the one of your dreams; whether it is laid back and casual or more traditional and formal. I am looking forward to meeting you and hearing your love story!

Hi Cathy! Ben and I wanted to thank you for helping us to have the most memorable ceremony we could imagine! You gave us so much choice and helped us to have a ceremony that truly reflected us as a couple! Your messages summed us up perfectly! Your sense of humor and kindness made communicating long distance so easy and comfortable! We had the best day ever and cannot thank you enough for the huge role you played!!
